Junk Ninjas
Industry:
Junk Removal & Waste Services
My Role:
Brand Launch & Growth Stradegy
Project Overview
Junk Ninjas began with a simple business idea and a memorable name. My role was to turn that idea into a complete, customer-ready brand and build the digital foundation needed to begin generating business.
Starting from the initial concept, I developed the visual identity, including the raccoon mascot, color palette and supporting brand elements, then carried that identity across the website, business cards, apparel and digital presence. From strategy and design to launch and local search visibility, I managed the process of taking Junk Ninjas from an idea to an operating brand.
Project Highlights
The project moved from concept to launch in approximately two weeks. I developed a cohesive identity around a recognizable raccoon mascot and translated that branding across the company's website, print materials and apparel.
I designed and built the website around both the customer journey and local search visibility, creating service-focused content and a clear path from finding the business online to requesting a quote. I also established and optimized the company's Google Business presence and connected the brand's digital touchpoints.
Within three days of launching the website and Google Business Profile, Junk Ninjas received its first booked job through its new online presence.
The Challenge
The challenge was creating credibility for a completely new company with no established brand recognition or digital history.
The brand needed to feel memorable without becoming gimmicky, while the website needed to quickly answer the practical questions customers have when hiring a junk removal company. I balanced the playful "Junk Ninjas" concept with a professional customer experience designed to build trust and make taking the next step easy.

Project Key Point
The launch was designed as a connected system rather than a collection of individual assets. Branding created recognition, local SEO and Google created visibility, and the website gave customers a clear path from discovering the company to requesting a quote.
Following launch, my focus shifted toward long-term organic growth through local SEO, Google Business optimization, customer reviews and continued improvements to the website.
Conclusion
Junk Ninjas demonstrates my ability to take an early-stage idea from concept to market quickly without losing sight of the details that make a brand effective. The project combined brand strategy, creative direction, web development, SEO and customer acquisition with a clear business objective: turning visibility into paying customers.
